A rate adjustment will take effect on January 1, 2025. The new
rates will be as follows:
- Base Rate: $250 per quarter (previously $243 per quarter)
- Usage Rate: $1.25 per hundred cubic feet (previously $1.00 per hundred cubic feet)
- Unimproved lots will not have an increase at this time.
This adjustment ensures that we can continue to provide the community with clean, safe, and reliable drinking water while maintaining the sustainability of our water system.
